Refund & Repair Policy

Every dried-flower keepsake is thoughtfully handcrafted using flowers that carry deep personal meaning. Because each piece is custom created just for you, all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Your heirloom is important to me. If your rosary experiences a defect in craftsmanship within the first year, I will happily repair it at no charge. Please contact me so I can make it right.

Rosaries are devotional items meant to be prayed with and cherished. Gentle wear over time is natural. Please note that normal wear from regular handling, devotional use, accidental damage, or improper storage is not considered a workmanship defect and may require a repair fee.

Because the Hail Mary beads are handmade using your own flower petals, natural oils from your hands may cause them to deepen slightly in color over time. This is a normal characteristic of organic materials and a beautiful reflection of a rosary that is well loved and often prayed.

For longevity, I recommend storing your rosary away from prolonged moisture, extreme heat, or direct sunlight when not in use.
